Real Work
Automation systems we've actually built.

Apollo Lead Sourcing & Enrichment
An automation that searches Apollo for matching prospects, enriches each contact, and delivers clean, ready-to-contact leads without manual list-building.

Automated Email Follow-Up Sequences
A follow-up automation that keeps outreach sequences moving on their own, sending timed follow-ups until a prospect replies.

Automated Email Nurture Sequences
A nurture automation that moves new contacts through a scheduled email sequence, keeping warm leads engaged without manual sending.

LinkedIn Outreach Automation
An outreach automation that connects with targeted LinkedIn profiles and sends personalized opening messages without manual, one-by-one outreach.

Reddit Scraping Automation
A scraping automation that monitors targeted subreddits for relevant conversations, surfacing them for outreach or content ideas without manual searching.

Automated Tagging Tool
A tagging automation that classifies and labels incoming content or contacts automatically, keeping records organized without manual tagging.
Frequently asked questions
Will this fully automate our marketing and publishing?
No — and we don't think it should. Automation handles the repeatable work (research, drafting, scoring, routing, reporting). A human still approves anything that goes out publicly, unless you explicitly configure and sign off on a fully autonomous step.
What happens if a workflow fails or an API goes down?
Every workflow we build has fallbacks and monitoring — a failed step notifies a real person instead of silently dropping data or publishing something wrong.
Can you automate something specific to how we work, not just these examples?
Yes. Content, CRM and reporting are the most common starting points, but most of what we build is scoped around your actual workflow — including internal, non-customer-facing processes.
