Privacy Policy

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and message, plus any optional fields you fill in — company name, website URL, services you're interested in, and budget range.

If you email us directly at info@yourdigitaldev.com or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever information is contained in that message, the same as any normal email or WhatsApp conversation.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, general device and browser type, and approximate location at the country/city level (derived from IP address, not precise location). GA4 sets first-party cookies to do this.

We also track a small set of specific interactions for our own understanding of what's useful on the site: submitting the contact form, clicking to WhatsApp, email, or phone links, clicking through to a case study, and clicking outbound links. These events are recorded by name only — we do not send your name, email address, or message content to Google Analytics.

We don't currently use third-party advertising cookies or ad-tracking pixels on this site.

To respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, send an automatic confirmation that we've received it. To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Contact form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, an email-delivery service — Resend processes the message on our behalf but doesn't use it for its own purposes. Analytics runs through Google Analytics (GA4), subject to Google's own privacy practices. If you choose to message us via the WhatsApp button, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy, not this one. The site itself is hosted on Vercel.

Contact form submissions arrive in our email inbox and are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and manage the inquiry. IP addresses are used momentarily for spam prevention on the contact form and are not stored beyond that.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@yourdigitaldev.com. Most browsers also let you block or clear cookies directly in your browser settings, which will limit analytics data collection on future visits.

This site is intended for business visitors and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the site or how we use these tools changes. The effective date above reflects the most recent update.
